Where is Blanc Space Studios located?

Our South West London studio is located at 130 Walham Green Court, Moore Park Road, Fulham, SW6 2PX. It's approximately a two minute walk from Fulham & Broadway station or a 15 minute walk from Parsons Green station.

How does your introductory offer work?

We have two trial offers – one for our mat studio and the other for our reformer studio. Each trial pass is a one-time offer and is available for new clients only. Your trial pass will activate from your first class booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Both the mat and the reformer offer are valid for 2 weeks.

Do You Have a Cancellation Policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your session, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to allow your space to be filled. Late cancellations will be charged at full price as per their respective membership plus a £15 penalty fee.

What should I expect from my first class?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your class starts so we can show you around. The doors will be locked once the class starts, so please make sure you arrive on time. If you are brand new to reformer, your instructor will talk you through the reformer bed. We have all the equipment, so you don’t need to bring your own, however if you are joining us for reformer please bring a pair of grip socks. If you don't have any then we have them for sale in the studio.

What happens if I am running late?

We know how frustrating traffic in the city can be but sadly late entry to class isn't permitted as the doors are locked once the class starts.

What should I wear to my class?

Your favourite exercise attire, we want people to show up however they feel most comfortable. For reformer we please ask you to wear grip socks, if you don't have a pair then there are some available for sale in the studio.

Do you have a water fountain?

Yes we do! We have a filtered water tap and we also have water to buy if you forget your bottle.

Can I pause my unlimited membership?

Yes, of course! The ability to pause is available to our unlimited Blanc Space memberships, on completion of the initial 12-week commitment. You can pause for a minimum of 1 week, and a maximum of 12 weeks over a 12-month period.

If you would like to pause your membership, please email hello@blancspacestudios.com to arrange it with at least 7 days’ notice from your next scheduled direct debit payment.

How do I cancel my membership?

After the initial 12-week minimum term, simply contact us via email with at least 7 days’ notice from your next scheduled direct debit payment. All requests for cancellations must be made by emailing hello@blancspacestudios.com. Memberships are paid fortnightly in advance, so no refunds can be made.

When are classes available to book?

We open our booking window 14 days in advance. For example if you want to book a class for the 15th October 2024 you will be able to book it on the 1st October 2024.

Do you offer 1:1 sessions?

Returns and refunds

All purchases are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any client for unused packs or passes outside of their expiry window, change of mind, injury or illness.

Can I buy a Blanc Space studios gift card?

Can I come to a class if I am pregnant?

Absolutely! We welcome pre-natal clients up to 20 weeks. Please always let your instructor know before the class starts, so they can offer modifications. After 20 weeks we please ask you book in to 1:1s if you would like to continue your practice.

Late and No Show Policy. Blanc Space Studios reserves the right to cancel and change teachers and/or classes without prior notice. No late entry is permitted, so please be sure you arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts; otherwise entry will be refused and you will be fined a late cancellation charge (£15). All purchases are final. Blanc Space Studios does not offer refunds or services due to a change of mind, injury or illness.
